Chile: Unspoiled, Beautiful - Perfect!Cold Pressed Chilean Paltita Avocado Oil from Chile

Chile, the southernmost country in the world, has an astonishing variety of natural features and climatic conditions. The world’s driest desert - the Atacama - is found in the north. Traveling south, the central zone is characterized by its Mediterranean climate, leading down into the Chilean Lake District and a land of forests and mountain streams, before finally reaching Chilean Patagonia. It is in the central zone where avocados and other fruit are grown to be then exported worldwide.

The Perfect Avocados for the Perfect Oil

Hand Picked, Cold Pressed

At a short distance from the Andes Mountains, in an old adobe country estate house, a careful selection is made of the best avocados in order to extract their oil.
Using locally-grown fruit, the first stage involves selecting mature avocados deemed to be perfect for oil processing. The pulp is separated from its skin and kernel and cold pressed.

Only mechanical means are used to extract the oil, with strict temperature control maintained at all times. In the next stage, a centrifuge separates the oil from the rest of the fruit.

Finally, the liquid is stored in stainless steel tanks in an inert environment in order to maintain the oil’s quality.

Result: A Pure, Extra Virgin Avocado Oil

The end result of our painstaking efforts is an additive-free, 100% pure oil; its high chlorophyll content is responsible for the emerald-green coloring.
High in monounsaturated fatty acids, the oil has become a new and highly esteemed component of the Mediterranean diet.
For those people who want to eat well, live a healthy life, stand out from the crowd and discover new tastes and flavors, Paltita cold pressed, extra virgin avocado oil is the ideal choice.Chilean Avocado Tree,Pucara International

Paltita Extra Virgin, Cold-pressed Avocado Oil

Our extra virgin avocado oil is produced through a cold extraction process. Using only the best avocados from Central Chile, our company, Aconcagua Oil & Extract S. A., produces natural and healthy avocado oil, comparable to no other oil.

Rich in vitamin E and mono-unsaturated fatty acids, it helps maintain a healthy diet. Its brilliant and intense green color serves as a natural garnish for the most exquisite and varying dishes.

A perfect component of the Mediterranean Diet, avocado oil contains an ideal combination of vitamins, antioxidants and essential fats.

Its exquisite taste and soft aroma of recently cut avocados, its delicate nutty flavour and its emerald green color, makes avocado oil an ideal complement to salad dressings and vegetables.

Because of its high smoke point, avocado oil is the natural choice for frying meat or fish. Paltita, our avocado oil, is 100% natural, cholesterol free and without additives.
It is an extra virgin oil that concentrates the healthy nutrients of the avocado and can help lower “bad” cholesterol levels (LDL) due to its high content of mono-unsaturated fats.
