What We Do

The Inspex home inspection is a non-invasive, non-destructive visual examination of accessible features of your property, building envelope, its components and systems. It reflects their condition on the day of the inspection.

The inspection is carried out professionally in accordance with the standards of practice of the Canadian and American Associations of Home and Property Inspectors and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. ( A.S.H.I.; C.A.H.P.I.; and N.A.C.H.I.)
